The Medallion's Curse details
Description

The Medallion's Curse is a arcade-style Shoot 'em Up game which alternates between normal Shoot 'em Up-style levels and Bullet Hell-style levels.

It was made for the Notice Me Game Jam and is effectively still in early alpha stages. It may be buggy. All programming, art, and audio were made over a two week period.

Controls are:

Z (X on 360 Controller)- Shoot; Hold to Rapid Fire in Normal Mode, Hold to Charge Shot in Focus mode. Shoot Charged shots into multiple enemies to score extra points! The more enemies you hit with a single charged shot, the higher the score! Charged Shots have two different levels of power depending on how long the button is held before release.

X (A on 360 Controller)- Focus Mode; Hold the button to enter and maintain focus mode. This will let you charge powerful, piercing attacks, as well as slow you down so you can perform more minute movements. Which you'll need. If you want to cancel your charge, just exit focus mode.

C (B on 360 Controller)- Bomb: Uses the bomb to deal damage to enemies in a large area, as well as destroy all enemy bullets on the screen. You start with 3, but they are currently only able to be replenished by losing a life; which will net you back all 3.

V (Y on 360 Controller)- Restarts the game from the beginning after you die.

Arrow Keys - Movement

[Rebinding Controls is unfortunately, not currently available at this time due to time constraints and due to I have no idea how to program that yet; this will hopefully be in a future update.]

Known Bugs:

-Enemies can occasionally gain additional iframes if hit by two attacks at the same time. A temporary work-around is to stop shooting the enemy for a couple of seconds.
