This game was originally made for my cousin Caelan in order to teach them about the basics of video games!

About Caelan's Adventure:
Caelan’s Adventure is a game I made for my friend Caelan. Caelan is 9 years old (at the time of making this in 2020) and he really likes to play games but he finds some things challenging. He has a hard time doing multiple things at once, which makes playing games very hard. For example, in order to jump across a pit, you have to press the jump key and a directional key. In this game, I made it so that pressing the jump key makes you jump and move in the direction you’re facing. Another thing Caelan has challenges with is academic learning, such as reading, writing, and math. In my game, there are “Evil Rooms” where Caelan is asked to answer educational questions. In addition, all the character & sign dialog is read out loud as well as shown with text.Story:
Once upon a time, Caelan’s father Chris was duplicated and his clone was named Evil Chris. Evil Chris wanted to rule the world, so he made an army of evil rooms. The real Chris was very worried, so he went to his amazing son Caelan for help. “Oh, please help me Caelan! You must stop Evil Chris! You are our only hope!” said the real Chris. Caelan then accepted the daring quest. Evil Chris somehow found out that Caelan was after him, so he decided to send his army of evil rooms to stop Caelan!
