Description
My original idea was to create flappy bird for the next classic game, but with more of a twist... And that was to flip gravity! Of course, I spent the next few days trying it out, only to fail and scrap the idea. Yet, simplicity is key, and I would need to work up my skill from the bottom of the barrel, to the highest of them all! Dreams fell far but I do know that to create a project too big, I must first learn everything I need for it. First was Pong where I learnt my very first game engine/creation of enemy ai, ball collisions and especially drawing. Secondly, The Flappy Bird spinoff I've made was truly Golden Experience (what a jojoke), except for the fact that I don't know how to create sounds, I'll try it in the next Classical Game, since it too is simple, and would only need a few sounds. Darn, I forgot to add a darker background, until next time-- HA. Also sorry again if you ever look at my game titles overestimating the real game, it's the fundamentals of Game Design. There's a glitch where if you stay in the start screen for too long, the towers will build up. I made a quick and easy solution, right after I made the executable. But it's not like a million people will play it, so I'll leave the mistake be and onto the next game I go! But first, a break. Oh right, and I added colors! I normally like black and white but I pushed myself, you'll be seeing more of this in the future ;) Really, really thanks to this guy and this other guy with help for this game! Youtube tutorials really _do _speed up the process. The second video is real quick, but not providing much context: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=\_8sjYLPJJ5A&t=44s&ab\_channel=1upIndie https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sS\_e9JLJ46s&ab\_channel=ZRDevMore games from JBit studio
