Use your brain to solve 10 beach-themed nonogram puzzles in this relaxing game!
Description
Welcome to Beach Nonogram! Before you can start playing the game, I must explain how it works. Nonograms are a type of grid-based puzzle game, where you start with a blank grid. To solve a nonogram, you must figure out what grid squares must be coloured and filled in, and what ones you leave blank.
You can find out which squares should be filled in based on the clues next to the columns and rows. The clues tell you the number of filled in squares in that column or row, and the order they appear in.
You can fill in grid squares by holding or pressing the left mouse button, as well as put an X on any grid square you know shouldn't be filled in with the right mouse button.
Be sure to check the level select after completing all the levels for something interesting...
This game was created over 100 hours for a Digital Technologies classroom assignment. The purpose of the game is to calm down people feeling overwhelming amounts of stress and/or needing a quick mind break in between work. This project was my first ever time using GameMaker Studio 2 so the capabilities of the game may be lacking compared to more experienced programmers.
I hope you have a great time playing!
